At Galer, we create high-quality jewelry that is designed to last. However, we understand that over time, wear and tear can occur. To keep your jewelry looking its best, we offer a repair service for eligible items. Please review the details of our repair policy below.

1. Eligible Repairs

We offer repairs for Galer jewelry that has been purchased directly from our website or from authorized retailers. Our repair services cover the following:

  1. Broken clasps or closures

  2. Missing stones (if the original stones are available)

  3. Resizing (where applicable)

  4. Replacing damaged components

2. Repair Fees

The cost of repairs depends on the nature of the damage and whether the repair is covered under our warranty. Repairs for issues covered by our warranty (see below) will be completed free of charge. For non-warranty repairs, a repair fee may apply. The fee will be communicated to you before any repair work begins.

3. Warranty Repairs

All Galer jewelry is covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or general wear and tear. If your item is eligible for a warranty repair, the repair will be free of charge. Proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claim.

4. Non-Warranty Repairs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Galer is not responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping after the repair is completed will be covered by Galer for domestic orders.

  2. International Repairs: For international customers, you are responsible for both sending and return shipping costs for repairs. Please be aware that customs duties or taxes may apply when shipping items internationally for repair.

8. Damaged Beyond Repair

If, upon inspection, we determine that your jewelry is damaged beyond repair, we will notify you and discuss possible options, such as replacement (if available) or returning the item to you.
