Returns & Exchanges
At Galer, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to assist with returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days after the products have been delivered to you. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, and you have not notified us with your request for a return, then you will not be eligible for a refund.

Condition of Items: All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage. Our products must be returned in their original condition, in a new and unused/unworn state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original Galer box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents. We reserve our right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
If the products do not meet the above conditions, we will refuse the return, and the products will be returned to you. If the returned product satisfies the above conditions, we will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
Failure to comply with these Conditions of Sale will entitle us to refuse the returned product and send it back to you at your own cost.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right not to accept multiple returns for the same customer.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service at office@galerjewelry.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees or bank fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your order. We will gladly process an exchange if the desired item is available and the exchanged items are unworn, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging. We can only exchange a piece of jewelry for another product of the same or greater value. The re-delivery time depends on the product chosen, whether we have it in stock or we have to make it on order. If you want to exchange a product for another that is not in stock, the amount already paid may remain in the customer's account until the product is available for purchase. If the new desired product is more expensive than the returned one, you will have to pay the necessary difference. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
If a Gift Recipient returns a product, the person may choose between an exchange or a store credit, provided that the return complies with Return Policy from above.
In the case of purchasing a gift card, we do not accept refunds.
