Shipping Policy

At Galer, we strive to deliver your jewelry with the utmost care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policies below to understand how we handle your orders.

We ship to EU and to selected countries. Please note that we are unable to  make deliveries to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), hotels, certain restricted
areas/countries. Local duties and taxes are the responsibility of the
purchaser and are not applied at checkout.

Processing Time

Upon placing your order, you will receive an automatic order receipt email.  You will receive an order confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been processed. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. We will notify you promptly if delays occur. Galer is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond our control.

Most jewels made to order have a lead time of 6-8 weeks, with some taking up to 12 weeks. If applicable, you will be notified of this lead time at checkout prior to purchase.

Domestic Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping within Romania on Orders over €200. 

International Shipping

International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with international shipping.

We offer complimentary shipping outside of the Romania for orders totaling 1,000 EUR or greater. We will notify you of the expected delivery timings upon receipt of your order.

Payment is taken in RON at checkout. Local duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.
